It takes up to 3 days to prepare items before they are despatched; If there is still no shipping progress for your order, it indicates your packages are being prepared.
Typically, customs clearance takes 1-2 days, if there is any abnormal situations, we will inform you via email.

The Policy of Delivery Guarantees
If a delivery attempt isn't made by guaranteed delivery date, we'll compensate any shipping fees associated with that order. We usually state our guaranteed delivery date in detail page of product. The estimated arrival time is the interval time, please refer to the maximum delivery time. (eg. The estimated delivery time in US is 9-18 days, we will compensate shipping fees if delivery time exceeds 18 days.) Kindly notice that sometimes we provide free shipping, in this case, we will still compensate you the shipping fees. You will receive compensation through gift card. It can be redeemed in your next purchase.
How to get the compensation?
A.To inquire about a compensation of the shipping fees you paid on an order that we miss our estimated delivery date, please contact us by submitting a query.
B. Our customer service will repond to your query within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions for Guaranteed Delivery
The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee compensation:
A. We usually state our guaranteed delivery date on checkout page or in detail page of product. Your shipping fees can be compensated if we miss estimated delivery date.
B. Contact us for the compensation within 60 days after the order was successfully placed. Otherwise it may not be accepted.
C. Order is shipping to eligible address.
D. Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
E. The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm etc.
